Per has a very broad experience in international sales having held international positions in HP, BMC, CA, AdapIQ and QStream. He has built and internationalised companies and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Involve. Per is the Country Manager of EMC in Sweden.

Before joining Enlight Erik was the CEO of BMC Software's Scandinavian business. Erik has had a number of Management positions with US Software Companies for almost 30 years.
