Development of certification tests as well as the use of Enlight’s online platform for taking tests; Enlight TestStation. Jeeves Information Systems’ certification program for consultants is part of a larger partner program. Certification is carried out within the areas, Basic knowledge, Finance, Logistics, Production and Systems administration. The purpose of the certification is to ensure and document the individual consultant’s knowledge within the respective areas. Together with subject experts from Jeeves, Enlight has developed the tests that are included. Enlight has been involved since the start of the certification program and in developing measurement documentation, educated subject experts in question formulation and also reviewed and validated the test questions.

Scope and time for implementation

The development of measurement documentation and tests was initiated in 2003 and completed in 2004. A validation and expansion project was carried out in 2005. In 2007, updating work was begun on the tests, which is still underway.
