During 2006-2007, Prevent carried out major efforts to educate and issue degrees to representatives in  Better Working Environment (BAM).

Scope and time for implementation

Prevent uses diagnostic tests and certification tests in order to ensure that BAM educational programs are carried out in accordance with the intentions of the parties with a new methodology within fundamental work environment education. According to Prevent, certification with diagnostic testing, education and certification tests guarantee a high quality level. The diagnostic test is an efficient tool to ensure participants’ knowledge within work environments prior to the start of the educational program, which enables Prevent to focus on teaching methodology/pedagogy in its education. After completing the education, participants undergo a certification test to ensure that they have gained the required knowledge in methodology/pedagogy for the new BAM education.

Many participants express that they finally get a confirmation for what they feel they know within the work environment area. Corporate health centers use their certification in connection with tendering offers. Above all, Prevent’s participants say that the certification is proof of knowledge acquired, that they can actually show that they have taken tests as a measurement of the knowledge that is stated in the certificate that they receive as a certified instructor.  Enlight’s experience and knowledge within test and certification has been a major support during the entire development process from design and planning of the certification to implementation and follow-up.
